Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
At Anyra Cosmetics, every product is handcrafted with care in small batches. While we strive for perfection, sometimes issues may arise. If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, we’re happy to make it right by replacing the item with the correct one.
Cancellations
• To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at customercare@anyracosmetics.com or via WhatsApp: +91 81693 77136 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
• Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
• Orders marked “Delivered” but not received must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) for resolution.
• No cancellations or changes are allowed during sale periods.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be made.
Returns & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are eligible only in the following cases:
• You received an incorrect item

How to Request a Return or Replacement
1. Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order via:

2. Share a clear unboxing video (starting from the moment you open the sealed package) along with photos highlighting the issue.
3. If the product is unused and the concern is genuine (e.g. wrong product), we will issue a refund or replacement after reviewing the evidence.
4. Products without proper video proof or those that have been used significantly, will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened/used:
• Lip Care products (lip balms, lip oils, etc.)
• Skincare products in jars/tubes that have been opened (e.g., creams, scrubs)
• Oils and serums once the seal is broken
• Any product purchased during a clearance or promotional sale
Note
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for “change of mind.”
• Refunds/replacements are processed only after verification of the shared proof.
• In rare cases where the exact replacement is not available, we may issue store credit or a refund.
Refund Process
• Refund Method: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Return Shipping Charges: No return shipping charges are applicable if the product received is incorrect.
